Welcome to Mossey Hollow. Located just South of Saugatuck and Douglas on Blue Star Highway in Fennville, Michigan, the facility is home to Wild Dog BowTique, Wild Dog Rescue, and now Camp Wild Dog, open for boarding, daycare and much more for local pets and out of town visitors. Formerly Barkington’s Bed and Biscuit, the property has been remodeled and reopened.

Camp Wild Dog features daycare and overnight boarding for pets in our newly remodeled kennel. The kennel has room for large and small pets, with heated indoor and covered outdoor runs where your furry friend can be kept warm and dry – or can take advantage of good weather. There is also a new securely fenced outdoor area where pets can play together during their stay.  Camp Wild Dog will be home to many more fun features soon, please check back for updates.

Mossey Hollow is now the new home of Wild Wog BowTique which features “Cool Stuff for Pets and their People”. The shop carries collars and leashes, food, treats, bedding, clothing, and more. Wild Dog BowTique has been a well-known Saugatuck area fixture for years and will continue to offer top quality pet supplies and unique accessories.

Mossey Hollow is also the new home of Wild Dog Rescue. At Wild Dog Rescue, a full 501c3 non profit organization, Lanie Mossey has been responsible for the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of more than 600 dogs, cats, and other furry creatures over the past 7 years. Wild Dog Rescue works closely with local rescue groups, shelters, and the many caring people in the area to provide hope and love to the abused, abandoned, and stray animals throughout West Michigan. At its new home Wild Dog Rescue is able to provide loving care and shelter for animals in need while they wait for a permanent home, as well as a comfortable place where people interested in adopting a pet in need can spend time with each of them.
